<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice cooker having a steam separating unit which is smaller and has high separating ability of steam and gluten. <P>SOLUTION: The rice cooker has the steam separating unit 30 for separating gluten from mixed gas of steam and gluten flowing out from an inner lid discharge opening, the steam separating unit 30 has an outer cylinder 40 and an inner cylinder 50 constituting a double cylinder structure, a space formed between the outer cylinder 40 and the inner cylinder 50 is a first flowing path 91 and a space in the inner cylinder is a second flowing path 92, the fluid containing the steam and the gluten flowing out from the inner lid discharge opening 22 is introduced so as to whirl in the first flowing path 91 and the second flowing path 92 and is discharged from the inner lid discharge opening 16 after passing through the first flowing path 91 and the second flowing path 92. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
