<p>Disclosed are a live broadcast control method and a main broadcast device. The method comprises: acquiring a transmission condition of live broadcast data transmitted currently, and determining a code rate of encoding in accordance with the transmission condition of the live broadcast data transmitted currently; and in accordance with the code rate of encoding, encoding live broadcast data to be transmitted. In the process of encoding live broadcast data and sending same to a server, a transmission condition of the live broadcast data is acquired in real time, a code rate of encoding is determined in accordance with the transmission condition, and live broadcast data to be transmitted is encoded using the determined code rate of encoding. In this way, the fluency of live broadcast data transmission can be guaranteed, and a code rate adapted to a network environment which may constantly change can be obtained in the live broadcast process, so that live broadcast can be realized at a higher code rate so as to obtain a better live broadcast effect.</p> |
