<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a mold frame chassis. According to the present invention, the apparatus loads or unloads a chassis by using an articulated robot when the chassis is loaded by an injection molding device or a mold frame chassis, manufactured by the injection molding device, is unloaded. Therefore, the apparatus can automates processes of loading a chassis or unloading a mold frame chassis. The apparatus includes: an injection molding device which forms a mold frame on a chassis; a rotation table which is arranged under the injection molding device and includes a first chassis storing jig and a second chassis storing jig, arranged to face each other, on an upper portion thereof; a stacker which is arranged on one side of the injection molding device and stores a plurality of chassis therein; a discharging container which is arranged on the other side of the injection molding device and stores the mold frame chassis on which the mold frame is formed; a loading robot which is arranged between the injection molding device and the stacker, picks the chassis located on the stacker, and transfers the chassis to either of the first chassis storing jig and the second chassis storing jig; and an unloading robot which is arranged between the injection molding device and the discharging container to face the loading robot, picks the mold frame chassis which includes a mold frame formed thereon and is stored in either of the first chassis storing jig and the second chassis storing jig of the rotation table, and transfers the mold frame chassis to the discharging container.</p> |
