<p>According to an embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus to roll a steel plate comprises: upper and lower rolling rolls installed in an upper part and a lower part of a steel plate transferred in one direction to roll the steel plate; an injecting unit installed in one side of the upper rolling roll to inject rolling oil to the upper rolling roll; a wiper unit installed in the lower part of the injecting unit including a wiper arranged to be adjacent to the upper rolling roll to prevent the rolling oil injected to the upper rolling roll from falling on the upper part of the steel plate.</p> |
