<p>The present invention relates to a safety valve of a tank for carrying an oil or a chemical substance, comprising an internal hollow bottom body installed in a tank of an oil tanker or a chemical carrier so that an internal pressure of a flammable gas in the inside is released; a top body coupling-fixed in an upper end of the bottom body; a valve disc for opening or closing an opened upper part of the top body; a valve stem fixed penetrating the valve disc, for opening or closing the valve disc while being ascended or descended according to the internal pressure of the tank; a fixing rack fixed in part of the top body; a joint part of which one end is hinge-fixed to be rotated in the fixing rack, and of which the other end is coupled to the valve step or the valve disc; a capped column-shaped bursting bar of which one end is locked in the joint part, and of which the other end is locked in the fixing rack, the capped column-shaped bursting bar being designed to be broken when over certain pressure is applied by forming a thin wall part in part of the length. Therefore, a control job of the internal pressure of the tank is easy and convenient, working can be simply and easily operated without separate additional structure change or structure, and a set value of the internal pressure in the tank can be easily and rapidly controlled, so that a sufficient fluid is secured, and the generation of a VOC is controlled.</p> |
