PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinged cap which can be easily separated from a mouth part of a container without performing an elaborate operation.SOLUTION: The hinged cap made by connecting a cap body 3 and an upper cover 5 with a hinge 7 includes: a circular-arcuate slit 28 which divides a fitting cylinder 11 fit to the mouth part C of the container body 3 into two in the radial direction over a range less than half circumference around the back surface side on which the hinge 7 is disposed, to form an inner side wall 11a which is located on the inner side in the radial direction and is fit to the mouth part C of the container and an outer wall 11b which is located on the outer side in the radial direction of the inner side wall 11a and has the hinge 7 arranged thereon; and a connection piece 30 which breakably connects the inner wall 11a and the outer wall 11b cut off by the slit 28, on the back side of the fitting cylinder 11, wherein thinning parts 32, 33 each of which has the thickness thinned from the inner peripheral side of the fitting cylinder 11 are respectively formed on parts corresponding to both end parts of the slit 28 of the fitting cylinder 11. |
