<p>The present invention provides an effective customer service for viewers who view an advertisement displayed on an advertisement display device. This information processing device is equipped with: a viewer information acquisition means for acquiring, from an advertisement display device that displays an advertisement and images a viewer of the advertisement, viewer feature information that specifies features of the viewer of the advertisement and viewed product information that is viewed by the viewer; a purchase information acquisition means for acquiring product sales information from a sales management terminal of a store; a purchase determination means for determining, based on the viewer feature information, the viewed product information, and the product sales information, whether the viewer has purchased the viewed product; and a transmission means for transmitting, if the viewer has not purchased the viewed product included in the viewed advertisement, sales promotion information pertaining to the viewed product to an information terminal of the viewer.</p> |
