<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a bent double pipe to smoothly pass through, to easily add positioning and rotating functions of a welding head, and to efficiently execute butt welding of inner pipes of the double pipe. <P>SOLUTION: The laser welding device includes: a laser welding head 12 having a laser optical system for irradiating the inner peripheral surface of a pipe 1 with a laser beam and a tip end part 21 in a tapered shape; a rotational drive unit 14 installed outside the pipe 1, for rotationally driving the laser welding head 12; a flexible multiple welding cable 13 having a flexible shaft 30 for transmitting torque generated in the rotational drive unit 14 to the laser welding head 12, and an optical fiber 32 for guiding the laser beam from a laser oscillator to the laser welding head 12; and a positioning and fixing device 16 having a positioning stopper 62 to which the distal end part of the laser welding head 12 is freely detachably fitted and which positions the position in the pipe axial direction of the laser welding head 12, and a fixing mechanism for fixing the positioning stopper 62 to which the laser welding head 12 is fitted on a pipe axis. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
