<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature detector for a stove by which an abutment body is suitably brought into contact with a bottom surface of a cooking tool even when sideward force acts on the abutment body thermally connected to a thermistor, so that a bottom surface temperature of the cooking tool can be precisely measured.SOLUTION: A temperature detector for a stove includes a fixed side support member 56 constituted by a cylinder body, a moving side support cylinder 53 externally fitted to an outside thereof and supported movably in the vertical direction, an abutment body 51 abutted to a bottom surface of a cooking tool, and a thermistor 57 disposed on a lower surface side of the abutment body. A projecting part 73 is provided on an upper end side of the fixed side support member, and the projecting part is abutted to the moving side support cylinder in the uppermost position in a range in which the moving side support cylinder is movable in the vertical direction, and a small diameter part 53a for regulating further movement of the moving side support cylinder to the upper direction is provided on the moving side support cylinder. A fixing recession groove 71 is formed on an outer periphery of a fixed part 70 of the fixed side support member, and a fixing protrusion is fitted in the fixing recession groove, and the fixed side support member is attached to a fixing part of a stove body.</p> |
