PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability.SOLUTION: A bolt 16 is screwed into a nut 18 so as to hold an inner cylinder 28 by a pair of support pieces 12A and 12B, and the pair of support pieces 12A and 12B are fastened to the inner cylinder 28 via the bolt 16 and the nut 18. Thus, a front end of a trailing arm 14 is oscillatably connected via the bolt 16 by the pair of support pieces 12A and 12B. A bolt prevention section 20 is provided integrally with the one support piece 12A and prevents the movement of a head 1602 in the radial direction of the bolt 16. The bolt prevention section 20 includes a plurality of first projections 20A abutting on an outer peripheral section of a washer section 1612. The movement of the head 1602 in the radial direction of the bolt 16 by the bolt prevention section 20 is prevented by abutting of the bolt prevention section 20 on the outer peripheral section of the washer section 1612.
