<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manual pencil sharpener which can adjust the tip of lead of a pencil so as to be suitable for mark-sheet-system testing and consult the convenience of mark-sheet-system testing.SOLUTION: In the surface of the case body 20 of a manual pencil sharpener 10, a pencil insertion port 41 for insertion of the tip of a pencil P is opened, and a concave part 50 having an elliptical periphery is provided. In the bottom surface of the concave part 50, a lead sharpening part 51 serving as a file for sharpening the tip of the lead L of the pencil P is formed.</p> |
