<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative body capable of obtaining a beautiful appearance having metallic luster and desired colors while using materials that have no effect on operation of electronic devices or the like, and to provide a method of manufacturing the decorative body. <P>SOLUTION: The decorative body includes: a reflection increasing film layer comprising a dielectric thin film of metal oxide provided on a surface being a front side of a substrate having translucency; a gradational coloring layer having a color density gradient provided on one side surface of the substrate; and an underlayer for shading formed on the substrate surface opposite to the side on which the reflection increasing film layer is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
