<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load drive control circuit, concurrently using a boost trap circuit and a charge pump circuit, capable of stably outputting a voltage from the boost trap circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The load drive control circuit, driving a load by controlling a voltage supplied from a main power supply B1, implements charging from the main power supply B1 or a sub power supply B2 connected with a charge pump circuit 40 into a boosting capacitor 46 of the charge pump circuit 40, implements discharging from the boosting capacitor 46 to a voltage supply capacitor side 32 of a boost trap circuit 30 when a duty ratio is smaller than a predetermined value, and controls the charge pump circuit 40 so that voltage supply from the voltage supply capacitor 32 to control voltage output means 10 is assisted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
