<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a hollow structure with a foamed reinforcing member capable of uniforming expansion ratio of a foaming adhesive provided between an adhesion surface part of the foamed reinforcing member and the follow structure, and capable of improving reinforcement efficiency by the reinforcing member. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the hollow structure 10 having the foamed reinforcing member 30 adhered and bonded with the hollow structure 10 through the foamed adhesive 15, the foamed reinforcing member 30 on which the adhesion surface part 36 to the hollow structure 10 is foamed to be shaped is arranged in an inside of the hollow structure 10, and the sheet-like foaming adhesive 15 is provided between the adhesion surface part 36 of the foamed reinforcing member 30 and the hollow structure 10, and then, the foaming adhesive 15 is foamed, and the foamed reinforcing member 30 is adhered and bonded with the hollow structure 10. The one having a thickness before foaming thicker in a part having a larger clearance between the adhesion surface part 36 of the foamed reinforcing member 30 and the hollow structure 10 than in a part having a smaller clearance is used as the foaming adhesive 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
