<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a logic circuit which is operable even with a low power-supply voltage.SOLUTION: The logic circuit comprises: a first-conductivity-type first MOSFET connected to a power-supply voltage side; a first-conductivity-type second MOSFET which is connected to a reference voltage side and has a gate thereof supplied with an input signal; an output terminal connected to a connection node of current terminals of the first and second MOSFETs; a coupling capacitor provided between the gate and a source of the first MOSFET; and a resistor provided between the gate of the first MOSFET and the power-supply voltage.</p> |
