<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform display according to complexity evaluation of a password used for authentication to provide reference information for a user at the time of password registration.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus requests, to a web server, complexity evaluation about a character string input in a password input field according to editing processing on the password input field by a user. The web server performs the complexity evaluation of a password on the basis of a name and a birth date of the user, law characteristics of the character string and the like. In response to result of the complexity evaluation, in a client side, the information processing apparatus performs alarm display such as changing a background color of the password input field, when complexity is low, so as to make the user recognize the complexity of the password.</p> |
