Provided in embodiments of the present invention are a communication method, a base station, and a user equipment. The method comprises: determining a correspondence relationship among a Y-number of uplink subframes and an X-number of downlink subframes, where the Y-number of uplink subframes respectively are used for transmitting HARQ information cooresponding to the X-number of downlink subframes, at least one subframe among the Y-number of uplink subframes is an uplink subframe on an FDD carrier, and the X-number of downlink subframes are downlink subframes in one radio frame on a TDD carrier; and, communicating with a UE on the basis of the correspondence relationship. In embodiments of the present invention, by determining the correspondence relationship among the Y-number of uplink subframes and the X-number of downlink subframes, where the X-number of downlink subframes are downlink subframes on the TDD carrier, and at least one uplink subframe among the Y-number of uplink subframes is an uplink subframe on the FDD carrier, uplink subframes on the FDD carrier can be combined to feed back HARQ information for the downlink subframes on the TDD carrier, thus allowing for improved performance in feedback of the HARQ information and allowing for increased system throughput. |
