The present invention is designed to improve durability of aircraft water tanks with respect to disinfectants, ensure structural durability of aircraft water tanks, improve production efficiency, and reduce cost. A blow molding step is performed wherein a hollow body (12) is obtained by blow-molding a polyolefin resin, which is a thermoplastic resin with excellent durability with respect to disinfectants. Next, a surface treatment step is performed wherein the entire surface of the hollow body (12) is treated to improve the adhesiveness of the entire surface. Then, a filament winding step is performed wherein reinforced fibers impregnated with thermosetting resin are wound on the surface of the hollow body (12) and the outer surfaces of flanges (1804) and are heated to cure the thermosetting resin and form a fiber-reinforced resin layer (14) on the surface of the hollow body (12) and the outer surfaces of the flanges (1804). |
