The present invention provides a high-concentration scaling powder for being sprayed on a pre-formed soldering lug. Concentration of nonvolatile matter in the scaling powder is high, and a mass ratio of the nonvolatile matter to a solvent can reach 6:4, which ensures that the pre-formed soldering lug with a small specific surface area has a sufficient coating amount after the scaling powder is sprayed thereon. The scaling powder comprises, by mass percentage, the following components: 35-50% of film-forming agent, 1-20% of active substance, 0.1-1.5% of surfactant, 0.005-0.02% of dye, and the balance of solvent. The scaling powder has advantages such as excellent coating performance, a highly controllable coating amount, strong activity adaptability, and low active substance residue, and is suitable for efficient spraying processes and high-reliability welding of various pre-formed soldering lugs.
