Method of construction of a radiator

The method of construction of a bathroom radiator from aluminium and aluminium alloys possessing two horizontal collectors between which vertical heating elements are installed. Horizontal collectors of a cross section in the shape of a closed profile possess openings, linearly milled, along one plane. The method of construction of the radiator consists in permanent joining the vertical heating elements with the horizontal collectors with the use of a shrink connection through inserting the vertical heating elements, cooled in the temperature range from -78.5°C to -195.8°C, into the collectors heated in the temperature range from 250°C to 600°C. The final stage of the radiator construction is subjecting it to surface treatment through anodizing.
