<p>The present invention relates to a predictive dialing system and method based on roaming information. The predictive dialing method comprises the steps of: performing, by a predictive dialing apparatus, dialing using a client′s phone number, selected from a client database, as a receiving number; transmitting, by a predictive dialing apparatus, the receiving number and carrier information to a roaming information relay server; sending, by the roaming information relay server, a request for roaming information for a mobile terminal corresponding to the receiving number to the carrier server and receiving the roaming information therefrom; providing, by the roaming information relay server, roaming information received from the carrier server to the predictive dialing apparatus; and determining, by the predictive dialing apparatus, whether to maintain the dialing according to the roaming information received from the roaming information relay server. The predictive dialing system and method may perform predictive dialing based on roaming information to interrupt a call connection to a client who is performing roaming such that the client dose not receive a non-sudden call from a call center, thereby preventing client complaint.</p> |
