Disclosed is a vibration spot welding device wherein two vibration spot welders having the same structure are arranged to correspond to each other. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the spot welder comprises: a mounting frame; a pin guider fixed to the front of the mounting frame; an electrode rod mounted in the front end of the pin guider; a cap tip mounted in the front end of the electrode rod to generate resistance heat by applying current to a welding part of a material; a vibration pin arranged to allow the front end to pass through the cap tip and to be applied to the welding part of the material while being inserted inside the pin guider and the electrode rod; a vibration cylinder formed in the rear of the mounting frame, and having a vibration shaft repeatedly operated forward and backward; and a stroke adjusting part formed in the front side of the mounting frame to adjust stroke of the vibration pin connected with an interlocking shaft through a forward and reverse stroke adjusting nut arranged in both sides of a stopper on the interlocking shaft interlocked with the vibration shaft.
