This pneumatic tire (1) is provided with: a pair of carcass layers (13, 13) arranged so as to extend from the respective left and right beads of the tire across the tread; and a plurality of crossing belts (141, 142) arranged on the outside of the carcass layers (13, 13) in the radial direction of the tire. The pair of carcass layers (13, 13) is arranged so as to overlap each other in the tire width direction. The overlapping width (Wc) of the carcass layers (13, 13) is in the range of 0.5 [mm] ‰¤ Wc ‰¤ 40 [mm].
