The present invention relates to a charging and discharging device for a secondary battery, capable of simultaneously charging a plurality of secondary batteries by using a tray on which the secondary batteries are loaded. The charging and discharging device for the secondary battery according to a desirable embodiment of the present invention includes: a charging and discharging unit which performs charging and discharging operations by gripping electrode leads of the secondary battery (one side lead secondary battery) with a first electrode lead and a second electrode lead on the end of one side thereof by a first gripper and a second gripper which are arranged in parallel; and a tray unit which includes a socket to which the first electrode lead of a double sided lead secondary battery is fitted to hold the second battery (double sided secondary battery) with the first electrode lead on the end of one side thereof and the second electrode lead on the end of the other side thereof, and an extension terminal which is electrically connected to the socket. The extension terminal is arranged on a position corresponding to the first gripper. The second electrode lead formed in the double sided lead secondary battery with the first electrode lead which is fitted to the socket is arranged on a position corresponding to the second gripper. |
