The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing abalone cold noodles and abalone noodles manufactured by the same. Abalone, which has not been added into the prior cold noodles, is added into the abalone cold noodles. Therefore, the abalone cold noodles can provides new taste to people who eat the same. Specifically, the abalone cold noodles can provide fresh and rich flavor, and chewing texture which are unique to abalone and a mouthfeel the prior cold noodles do not provide. Furthermore, the mouthfeel is in harmony with cold noodles, thus enabling the abalone cold noodles to contribute to the creation of a new market. The method includes the steps of producing broth for the cold noodles; pouring the broth on the cold noodles; and placing abalone on the cold noodles. |
