<p>The present invention relates to a method for calculating rainfall risk criteria in a city, capable of accurately warning people of a risk situation in the heavy rainfall for a short time. The method for calculating the rainfall risk criteria in the city generates a heavy rain alert and a heavy rain warning by analyzing the amount of rainfall per time. The present invention relates to the method for calculating the rainfall risk criteria in the city which includes the steps of: setting the range of the rainfall per time corresponding to the alert, warning, and risk criteria by analyzing a correlation through a frequency analysis, a sensory rainfall index and a past real damage history; and setting the rainfall risk criteria per time by analyzing a matrix for a disaster frequency with regard to the segmented time based on the rainfall risk criteria per time drawn by the correlation analysis. The present invention uses a method for calculating each rainfall risk criteria in a range included in a thiessen network based on a rainfall measurement point to sufficiently reflect a local property.</p> |
