The interlayer adjustment control device (20) comprises a completion/incompletion determination section used for determining whether interlayer adjustment work of the car frame (1) is completed within a first time period set in advance or not when the car frame (1) moves towards the closest layer, and for stopping the interlayer adjustment work of the car frame (1) upon determination that the interlayer adjustment work of the car frame (1) cannot be completed within the first time period.
