<p>In the present invention, disclosed is a microfluidic apparatus for inducing fluid flow with use of centrifugal force, comprising a sample chamber which stores samples with target cells; a U-shaped detecting chamber having an inlet part connected to the sample chamber, a detecting part extended from the inlet part to the outside to capture target cells, a discharging part extended from the detecting part to the inside; a draining chamber connected to the discharging part; and a reagent storing part which supplies at least one reagent used for treating target cells to the detecting chamber.</p> |
