发明名称 Vorrichtung zum Einspritzen von Kraftstoff in die Ansaugleitung einer Brennkraftmaschine
摘要 872,264. Fuel injection systems. GENERAL MOTORS CORPORATION. March 2, 1960 [March 24, 1959], No. 7368/60. Class 7(3). In a fuel injection system in which fuel under pressure is delivered by an injection pump to a fuel metering valve, the metering valve includes a movable valve member, the valve member is movable to meter the fuel by controlling the amount of fuel by-passed back to the injection pump inlet side, fuel is delivered from the valve to an injection nozzle, the nozzle includes a valve for controlling the rate of fuel flow through it and the nozzle valve is responsive to the fuel pressure differential between the pump inlet and outlet to render the supply of fuel metered to the engine independent of variations in pump operation. As shown the air induction system comprises an air inlet 12 a plenum chamber 18 and cylinder intake passages 16. The fuel reservoir 44 is connected to the outlet of a low pressure transfer pump (not shown). An injection pump 46 comprises gears 47, 49 and delivers fuel through a passage 52 to a fuel metering by-pass valve 50. The extent to which the ball 58 is raised is determined by an arm 64 movable by a diaphragm 70 responsive to the Venturi pressure drop. The chamber 74 is connected with the air inlet 12 upstream of the throttle valve. A chamber 120 (Fig. 1) is connected to the plenum chamber 18. When the throttle valve 36 is suddenly opened, the vacuum in the chamber 120 decreases sufficiently to permit the spring 126 to move the diaphragm 118 and stud 86 upwardly. This decreases the quantity of fuel by-passed. A pair of nozzle jets 130 is formed in each nozzle 34 (Figs. 4 and 6). The inlet 134 is connected to the fuel supply conduits 32 and 28 and the inlet 152 is connected by a pipe 168 with the fuel reservoir 44. By making the face of the diaphragm 164 that co-operates with the planar surface 174 with a controlled degree of roughness, the sticking of the diaphragm is practically eliminated. The way in which a satisfactory amount of roughness can be obtained is described in detail, the diaphragm being of sheet rubber.
