The present invention relates to compositions for making up and/or caring for the skin and/or the lips, comprising at least one fatty phase comprising:—at least one hydrocarbon-based resin with a number-average molecular weight of less than or equal to 10 000 g/mol,—at least one hydrocarbon-based block polymer,—from 19% to 80% by weight of non volatile phenylated silicone oil(s) having at least a dimethicone part, relative to the total weight of the composition, and—from 1% to 80% by total weight of non volatile hydrocarbonated apolar oil(s), relative to the total weight of the composition.
