Airplane landing gear

The landing gear has a landing gear leg (1) partly or completely made of a fiber reinforced material. Braces stand in connection with the landing gear leg, and hold the landing gear leg in its extended condition. The braces have two parts rotatable with each other, where one of the parts is fastened to the landing gear leg and the other part is fixed to a fuselage. The part fixed to the fuselage is partly or completely made of fiber reinforced material. The leg has a tube structure (2) for receiving a shock absorber system. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a landing gear leg.
