<p>The method involves forming rectangular parallelepiped shaped elementary element blocks by gluing elementary magnetic elements with one another by using an insulating sheet formed of kapton(RTM: polyimide film). A main face of the elementary element blocks is machined for forming a cylindrical face having a radius equal to a radius of a wheel hub of a rotor. The elementary element blocks are magnetized. The elementary element blocks are fixed to the wheel hub, where the elementary element blocks form a part of magnetic poles. An independent claim is also included for a rotor comprising magnetic poles formed on a wheel hub.</p> |
