<p>An embodiment of the present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a solar cell by using a carbon fiber and a solar cell manufactured by the same. A technical problem to be solved is to provide the method of manufacturing the solar cell by using the carbon fiber and the solar cell manufactured by the same, which can minimize usage of silicon by using the carbon fiber as a substrate, thereby reducing manufacturing costs. To this end, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the method of manufacturing the solar cell by using the carbon fiber comprises the steps of: preparing a carbon fiber substrate; forming a first-conductivity-type silicon layer on the carbon fiber substrate; forming a second-conductivity-type silicon layer on the first-conductivity-type silicon layer; forming an anti-reflection film on the second-conductivity-type silicon layer; and forming a first electrode on the anti-reflection film, the first electrode being electrically connected to the second-conductivity-type silicon layer.</p> |
