The present invention relates to a virtual ARS data control system using of a mobile terminal and a method of the same. The present invention is to provide a virtual ARS data control system using a mobile terminal and a method therefor, wherein next-ranked screen data and voice data are individually matched to each other to be automatically output in response to key selection of a client, and are downloaded to the client terminal to enable an ARS service in a state where communication connection has been interrupted, and, when an ARS service having progressed in a mobile terminal of a concerned client is completed, an application enables ARS service information of the concerned client to be automatically transmitted to an appointed server or an appointed terminal of a concerned company, thereby effectively reducing communication traffic without ARS building costs or an ARS consulting agent. |
