The present invention relates to a semiconductor device and an operating method thereof, and more specifically, to a technology which can improve data retention properties of a semiconductor device. The present invention comprises: a cam cell array storing data for internal operation conditions; a control logic storing cam data by leading data for internal operation conditions; and a microprocessor controlling cam data stored in the control logic to be reprogrammed in the cam cell array. |
