The present invention relates to a carbon fiber complex coated with thermoplastic resin, a method and an apparatus for producing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to: a method and an apparatus for controlling the number of strands of continuous carbon fiber which are separately and independently discharged and for coating outer circumferential sides of the strands of carbon fiber by using air pressure; and a complex produced by the same. The method includes simple and easy processes. A carbon content can be easily controlled by the method. The carbon fiber complex has outstandingly increased strength when compared to existing resin products.
