In the present invention, disclosed is a synthetic paper with excellent productivity and heat resistance, which is oriented co-extruded and has multilayered structures like a central layer, a surface layer and a middle layer wherein the surface layers are located on the central layer above or below and at least one middle layers is located between the center layer and the surface layer wherein the central layer comprises a resin selected from a group made from a propylene homopolymer resin, a copolymer of propylene andα-olefin copolymer whose content of propylene is 85-99 wt%, and a mixture thereof wherein the middle layer comprises a resin selected from a group made from a propylene homopolymer, a copolymer of propylene andα-olefin copolymer whose content of propylene is 75-99 wt%, and a mixture thereof wherein the one side or both sides on the surface layer comprises 0.1-20 parts by weight of an organic modifier for 100 parts by weight of a resin selected from a group made from a propylene homopolymer resin, a copolymer of propylene andα-olefin copolymer whose content of propylene is 50-99 wt%, and a mixture thereof.
