<p>The present invention relates deglycosylated porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus comprising VP1 gene of the foot-and-mouse disease virus. The present invention expresses VP1, which is the antigen that protects against the foot-and-mouse disease virus. However, as RNC is not included in the capsid, the present invention can be used for developing and producing virus vaccines which have a high safety and an improved protective capability. Use of the virus vaccines produced with the present invention, wherein oil adjuvant may not be used essentially, can prevent huge economic losses from occurring due to disposal of porcine neck muscle part.</p> |
