<p>The present invention relates to a sludge drying apparatus with an injection nozzle and a crushing plate and, more specifically, to a sludge drying apparatus capable of reducing drying time by crushing a cell wall of an organic matter included in a sludge using shock wave generated by injecting the sludge heated to high temperature to the crushing plate at the high pressure to dehydrate the inner water of the cell wall. The sludge drying apparatus of the present invention comprises: a pump supplying the quantitative organic sludge mechanically dehydrated; a preheater preheating the sludge supplied from the pump; and a dryer drying the preheated sludge. The dryer includes: a main body including a horizontal cylindrical path; an injection nozzle formed on the inner upper side of the main body and injecting the preheated sludge into the main body; a crushing plate installed in the injection direction of the preheated sludge and discharging and separating the inner water by crushing the cell wall by allowing the sludge injected to the one side surface to be bumped; a heating screw drying a solid with heat while moving the solid from which the inner water is removed in one direction; a dehydration outlet and a solid outlet formed on a lower part of the main body and separately discharging the dried solid and the inner water; dry gas injecting units installed on an inner wall of the main body and drying the solid by injecting the high temperature dry gas into the solid from which the inner water is removed; and a waste gas outlet formed on an upper part of one end of the main body to discharge the waste gas, mixed with dry gas and water evaporated from the solid, to the outside.</p> |
