<p>The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for managing scrap information. The method comprises the steps of: receiving a search word from a user; outputting the search results on the search word on a content providing screen; receiving a scrap request for the search results from the user; and generating the scrap information according to the scrap request. The apparatus includes: a search word input unit configured to receive a search word from a user; a search result output unit configured to output the search results on the search word on a content providing screen; a scrap request input unit configured to receive a scrap request for the search results from the user; and a scrap information generation unit configured to generate the scrap information according to the scrap request. The method and the apparatus may provide a user with proper scrap information according to the user′s interests by generating scrap information on search results and sharing the scrap information with other users.</p> |
