<p>The present invention relates to AgInS2 quantum dots doped with packed zinc ions, a composition thereof, and a preparation method thereof. More specifically, the composition is appropriate to prepare the AgInS2 quantum dots doped with packed zinc ions. The preparation method enables the AgInS2 quantum dots doped with packed zinc ions to be prepared efficiently and cost-effectively. The present invention can be utilized to develop materials for display devices, vivo markers such as contrast agents, and lighting devices.</p> |
