<p>The present invention relates to a system for automatically supplying the components of a vehicle and, more specifically, to a system for automatically supplying the components of a vehicle, wherein components produced through various process are stored in a loading space of a vehicle which is composed of several layers, components loaded by each layer are pushed and discharged sequentially and transferred to a lift conveyor installed in opposite direction and then fed, discharged and supplied again until components are vanished. The present invention comprises: an automatic component discharge unit which connects a folded unit to a pusher for discharging components of loaded shelf wherein right screw is connected using left screw and central fixation device, a folded unit is connected to left and right screws using a folded unit, the folded unit is connected to the point of the folded unit using a hinge fin; a discharge guide unit wherein a servo motor is connected to the upper side of a screw shaft to which a vertical feeder for connecting the component automatic discharge unit is connected to discharge component to a discharge position using the pusher; a vehicle to load component with shelves for loading component in many layers being inserted into the shelf installation groove wherein a shelf installation table is composed of a space maintaining table with a long lane of shelf installation grooves in four directions of a first accommodation part and a second accommodation part that are led to a rail unit installed in front of the automatic component discharge unit; and an automatic supply control unit composed of a supply belt to receive and supply component, which is installed in a supply supporter with a supply guide unit connected by installing a component alignment table for aligning component at the point of the shelf.</p> |
