<p>The present invention relates to AgInS2 quantum dots doped with zinc ions, a composition for preparing the same, and a preparation method thereof. More specifically, the composition is appropriate to prepare the AgInS2 quantum dots doped with packed zinc ions. The preparation method enables the AgInS2 quantum dots doped with zinc ions to be prepared efficiently and cost-effectively. The present invention can be widely utilized to develop materials for display devices, vivo markers such as contrast agents, and lighting devices.</p> |
