A conductor for connecting first and second terminals includes a first plate-shaped part made of a first metal, a second plate-shaped part made of a second metal, a first region with the first metal exposed, and a second region with the second metal exposed. The second metal is also exposed at a third region which is opposite to the second region. A boundary between the first and second regions has no step difference in a thickness direction, and the first plate-shaped part is directly connected to the first terminal.

a first surface including a first region having a first metal and a second region having a second metal, and a second surface opposite to the first surface, the second surface including a fourth region that is opposed to the first region, wherein a melting point of the second metal is higher than a melting point of the first metal, a boundary of the first region and the second region is substantially flat and exposed to an air current, the first metal is exposed at the first region, and the second metal is exposed at the second region and the fourth region.
