The present invention relates to a method and a system for preventing a user from repudiating service usage. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method and a system for preventing repudiation by using voice recognition in telephone authentication, wherein the system prevents a user from repudiating a service request made by the user himself/herself by using voice recognition in telephone authentication such as ARS authentication performed through an outbound method or an inbound method. According to the present invention, the system for preventing repudiation by using voice recognition includes a trusted third-party (TTP) server which performs telephone authentication with a user terminal in order to verify that a service is requested by a user himself/herself when the user attempts to use the service provided by a service providing server. |
