The present invention relates to a Clonorchissinensis diagnosis kit including C. sinensis paramyosin epitope recombination proteins and a serum diagnosis method thereof. More specifically, the present invention prepares the recombinant proteins of a fregmented C. sinesis paramyosin gene and analyzes the antigenicity and non-specific binding thereof. The intermediate part of the C. sinesis paramyosin gene including the 375th to 525th amino acids (CsPmyC-2) is confirmed not to establish a non-specific binding with human immunoglobulins while being a critical epitope showing an antigenic activity against a patient′s serum. Accordingly, the present invention can utilize the C. sinesis paramyosin epitope recombination proteins including the C. sinesis paramyosin epitope for the serological diagnosis of C. sinesis. |
