<p>According to one embodiment of the present invention, disclosed is an organic light emitting device which includes a substrate, an organic light emitting device which is formed on the substrate and includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and an intermediate layer which is formed between the first electrode and the second electrode, and an encapsulation layer which covers the organic light emitting device. The encapsulation layer has a structure in which at least a first inorganic layer, a first stress control layer, and a first organic layer are successively laminated.
