a first determination unit configured to determine a relationship between a user and another person established through utilization of a predetermined service; a second determination unit configured to determine a relationship between a first image uploaded on the predetermined service by the user, and a second image uploaded on the predetermined service by the another person, which is of the another person and has been subjected to image correction processing, wherein the image correction processing is processing to change brightness or a color of an image; and a recommendation unit configured to, based on a determination result of the first determination unit and a determination result of the second determination unit, recommend the image correction processing performed on the second image to the user, as the image correction processing to be performed on the first image.
