Method for laying a decorative element in glass and decorative glass

Method for inserting decorative element in glass material. The glass is formed from a first glass layer and a second glass layer. Between the molten first glass layer and the molten second glass layer pattern carrying element is placed. Pattern forming elements of the pattern carrying element are baked before the second glass layer is placed on the first glass layer. The pattern carrying element is soaked in liquefied treating agent and titanium-oxide/dioxide powder. The molten first glass layer is laid on the pattern carrying element and they are turned over. After baking the pattern forming element the molten second glass layer is laid on it. When the glass layers bond to each other the glass having the pattern carrying element inside is cooled in a known manner.
