The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a jelly-roll type electrode assembly. The method includes: a winding step of winding a laminate sheet which is formed by subsequently laminating a first electrode sheet, a separation film sheet, a second electrode sheet, and another separation film sheet around a winding core rotating in a first direction; a fixing step if fixing an end of the laminate sheet which is not wound around the winding core in the winding step to a part of the laminate sheet wound around the winding core; and a reverse rotation step of rotating the winding core in a second direction which is the opposite direction of the first direction after the fixing step. The present invention can relieve the tension in the electrode assembly generated by the pressure from an adhering drum and the rotation of the electrode assembly being wound one direction through the reverse rotation. |
